Washoe County produced $1.04 billion in gaming win during 2023. Against 2022 the change is under half a percent, which is as close to flat as this data gets.
That ranks 2nd among Nevada's ten county-level markets, and works out to 6.7% of the statewide total. Machines accounted for 84.3% of win; tables, counters and card games made up 15.7%. Blackjack gained the most in dollar terms, adding $3.97 million, while slot machines gave back $10.3 million.

About Washoe County
Washoe County covers the Reno and Sparks markets along with the north shore of Lake Tahoe. It is Nevada's second gaming market by revenue and behaves differently from Clark County: a larger share of play comes from regional drive-in visitors and locals, which shows up as milder seasonality and a different mix of slots to table games.
