Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, we will refund your most recent payment — no questions asked. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of your last charge via the contact form and we will process your refund promptly.
Refunds are limited to the most recent billing period. Charges from prior billing periods are not eligible for refund.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly. Reach us through the contact form.
