What's included in the free Trial Access?

Trial Access gives you two months of Nevada gaming data (March & April 2025) as a downloadable CSV, plus data explorer access for those months. Time-series charts and trends require a Professional or Business subscription.

What's the difference between Professional and Business?

Professional gives analysts and consultants full access to historical and current Nevada gaming data through the online portal — explorer, time-series charts, and unlimited CSV exports. Business adds the REST API with managed keys, MCP Server for AI assistants, email and webhook alerts, multi-seat team access, priority support, and access to custom data feeds.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — save 10% with annual billing. Professional is $891/mo ($10,692/year) and Business is $2,241/mo ($26,892/year) when billed annually.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your most recent payment — no questions asked. Just contact us within 30 days of your last charge. Refunds are limited to the most recent billing period.

Question 6

Is there an API rate limit?

Accepted Answer

The Business REST API includes a 1,000 requests/day limit — more than enough for typical usage since data updates once per month. The limit exists only to prevent abuse.
