Las Vegas Strip Gaming Revenue 2020
The Las Vegas Strip produced $3.73 billion in gaming win during 2020. Compared with 2019, win fell 43.4 percent, or $2.86 billion. It's the weakest of the 22 full years on record for the Las Vegas Strip.
None of Nevada's other reported sub-areas won more, and the figure accounts for 47.4% of statewide win. Slot machines produced 53.7% of that, with table, counter and card games taking 46.3%. Slot machines fell further than any other game, giving back $1.44 billion.
April and May report zero win because there was none: Nevada ordered every casino closed on 18 March 2020, and gaming didn't resume until 4 June.

About Las Vegas Strip
The Las Vegas Strip is the largest single gaming market in the United States, and on its own it usually produces a little under half of all Nevada gaming revenue. Destination visitation drives the results, which makes the Strip far more sensitive to the calendar than Nevada's locals markets: move a big convention or a fight weekend into a different month and the monthly line moves with it. The Control Board began reporting the Strip as its own area in 2018, so for earlier Las Vegas figures you want Clark County.

All figures are gaming win at nonrestricted locations, taken from the Nevada Gaming Control Board's monthly Gaming Revenue Information reports. Win is what casinos kept after paying winning wagers, before taxes and operating costs. Restricted locations, the taverns and stores running fifteen machines or fewer, are reported separately and excluded here.
